She?s pumped to be on the upcoming season of ?Dancing with the Stars,? and Kristin Cavallari was spotted arriving at practice yesterday afternoon (August 31).
Joined by Mark Ballas, the ?Laguna Beach? babe was all smiles as she made her way into the Hollywood dance studio to get to work.
Kristin?s former ?Hills? castmate Audrina Patridge told press she?s a bit surprised that Cavallari signed on for the DWTS gig, as she was unaware that she had dancing skills.
“I’ve never really seen Kristin dance. But I’m sure she’s going to have a good time and I’ll be cheering for her, that’s for sure…She can count on my votes.?
Additionally, Audrina, who also competed on the show, shared that Kristin called her recently for pointers. “She was like, ‘How did you like it? It’s going to be fun, right?’ I was like, ‘Yeah! You’re going to have a blast! It’s going to be a lot of fun. It does get pretty intense but it’s the best experience you’ll ever have. It’s amazing.’”

Beyoncé is releasing a DVD of her Roseland Ballroom “4 Intimate Nights” concerts!
The DVD, “Elements Of 4: Live At Roseland,” is going to be released on November 21st. However, if you want the deluxe edition of the taped performances, you’ll have to wait until the 29th of November where it’s being sold exclusively at WalMart.
The DVD will include a video anthology along with some never before seen, behind the scenes footage while on set and beyond. A seventh music video from her 4 collection is said to be released in the coming weeks which is likely for “End Of Time.”
The press release confirms:
“And on Tuesday, November 29, Live At Roseland: The Elements Of 4 deluxe package, a two-disc DVD, with the complete concert, bonus offstage footage, a 20-page booklet and a video anthology that includes seven videos from her latest album, 4, will be released worldwide. The concert documentary is filled with never-before seen footage that captures Beyoncé’s life from eager five-year-old music fan to a consummate entertainer who is in control of every inch of her life and career.”
The 30-year-old showed off her burgeoning belly in a tight black top and fitted trousers which hugged her pregnancy curves. The singer added a pop of colour with an electric blue leather jacket and matching printed scarf while out in New York yesterday.
On Sunday she was also seen leaving a restaurant with her sis Solange.
While on a three-day bus tour through North Carolina and Virginia, The President and First Lady stopped off to pick up a few pumpkins from a roadside farmer in Hampton, VA.

During a 3-day bus tour through North Carolina and Virginia, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama stopped by the Joint Base Langley-Eustis in VA yesterday.
As The President gazed lovingly at Michelle, The FLOTUS spoke about a new private sector commitment to hire 25,000 veterans and military spouses by the end of 2013.
And when he made his way to the podium and embraced his wife, The President said,
‘I hate following Michelle. She’s so good. See for you men out there who are not yet married, let me explain. The whole goal is to marry up – to try to improve your gene pool!
And while commenting on Michelle’s work with military families, he said, "..she does all this and she looks cute."
Awww! Gotta love a man who recognizes how hard it is to be an all-around fab chick.
Then the couple stopped off at a roadside market in Hampton, Virginia to pick pumpkins or the fall.
By the way, the white pumpkin was reportedly 70 lbs, and The First Lady lifted it by herself!
Will First Lady Michelle use them to decorate her garden…or perhaps make some pumpkin pies. I’m sure First Granny Marian could put her foot in some pumpkin pie….
