Oh fabulous ones, TODAY is that day to cast your vote for the midterm elections.  No matter where you live, there’s a 99.5% chance you have some ish to vote on. 

Midterm elections are just as important as the Presidential elections, as your state legislature, US Reps and Senators, local offices, and state laws have the MOST direct affect on your life.  And those are the people up for election/re-election today.  Get your polling place HERE and please get out and VOTE!

Ashley Tisdale is starring in my new favourite show, Hellcats but is probably most known by 12 and 13 year olds alike as starring in the High School Musical franchise, as well as various Family channel shows. Her new role has her starring as a college cheerleader in the CW’s new show, Hellcats.She told Seventeen magazine that although she wasn’t a cheerleader, she was able to get some pointers from her mom, Lisa!

“I was never a cheerleader but luckily my mom was, and she gave me some great tips. “It was hard but I enjoyed it and it’s a great way to keep fit.”

I`m pretty sure that the moves the cheerleaders are doing these days are a bit different than the ones Ashley`s mom was doing! Cheerleading is crazy now with all the dancing and gymnastics involved! But it`s nice that Ashley was able to use her mom`s experiences to help her out.Are you surprised that Ashley would look to her mother for cheerleading advice?
