In Today’s WTF News…

When I first saw this, I cracked up.  No way did somebody actually do this:

Then I found out that, of course, a couple of internet “mad men” came up with the idea for the commerical.

Hey, what’s a better way to draw attention to your product (and by product I mean Red House Furniture AND your Internet Ad Agency)  than to pull the race card and invite “controversy” upon yourselves?  Right?  Right?

Mission Accomplished! Ain’t that right, Fantasia?

Only in America!  Only in America!  Props to you guys, enjoy that regional 15 minutes of fame and I hope you can parlay that into 15 more minutes of National fame or, at the very least, a interview with Matt Lauer on The Today Show.  Hey, if you’re lucky, you’ll even get Al Sharpton pissed off  enough to give you even MORE face time and then you two can work that hustle into an Adult Swim sketch comedy show!  Good luck with that.

Now we have a black man in the White House and thus making him the de-facto Leader Of Black America, Al is in need of something to do.   All he does now is sit around the house and watch his Mr. Deeds cameo all day. Ann Coulter doesn’t even return his calls anymore and just don’t ask about Jesse Jackson, don’t.
